The first major performance of the school year featuring all DA Vocal ensembles. Held in the DuBow Theater, this concert showcases a variety of repertoire prepared during the first quarter and highlights the growth and artistry of each choir. This recital is presented as part of the requirement for student's Vocal Tech class. Students will perform classical solos and duets in a variety of languages including English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish.

Description:
Join the Douglas Anderson Vocal Department for their annual Cabaret showcase and Silent Auction in the DuBow Theater.
An evening of solo and small ensemble performances by DA Vocal students, showcasing mostly contemporary music, jazz, pop covers. Held in the DuBow Theater, Cabaret offers students a chance to perform in a relaxed, cabaret-style setting with live accompaniment and creative staging. This event highlights individual artistry and provides valuable performance experience in front of a supportive audience.
Access to our Silent Auction room is also included, where you can view and bid on a variety of items. Proceeds from this Silent Auction are used to fund our Annual Vocal Scholarship for one graduating senior going on to major in Music at the college level, as well as supporting the mission of the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts Vocal Department and it's continued operation and success.

This recital is presented as part of the requirement for student's Vocal Tech class. Students will perform classical solos and duets in a variety of languages including English, Italia, French, German, and Spanish.
Non-Performing Vocal Tech Students are required to attend as observers as outlined in their class syllabi.
